Thank you for checking out our Troop. We have a very active group of 60 plus scouts with a lot of adult participation.
Troop 248 prides itself on being a boy-lead troop. We have a large number of youth leaders and adult coaches.
Troop 248 follows the two basic rules of Scouting: the Scout Oath and the Scout Law.
Scout Oath
On my honor I will do my best
To do my duty to God and my country
and to obey the Scout Law;
To help other people at all times;
To keep myself physically strong,
mentally awake, and morally straight.
Scout Law
A Scout is:
Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful,
Friendly, Courteous, Kind,
Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty,
Brave, Clean, Reverent
